Report from my son: most of his contemporaries watched last night. Most had NO idea who Zell Miller was..didn't know he was a senator, let alone a democrat. They wre WOWED! NONE had known about Kerry's voting record on weapons...now they are PO'd at Kerry! HA!
I swear if President Bush just comes out and standsd on the stage and waves, he is going to get a bump from this convention!!!
Miller was awesome last night. Everyone on the floor was going wild! The only complaint was that Zell didn't allow enough time for us to cheer all his great lines! If conventions are about firing up the volunteers, then this one is WORKING! We are all exhausted but we are energized for the next 60 days to say the least.
