I dont think they want it embargoes, it gives the press a chance to nitpick and the give the Bush team to make quiet corrections. Plus if people read it or hear about it in part, they may be more eager to view in and watch it in its entirety.

I disagree. They should already know what the press will say, they shouldn't care what the press will say, and they aren't changing it two hours before he gives it.
