OK, here's my permission.

Zell may speak for me.

I certainly hope this isn't true. Zell Miller should be given the red carpet treatment. Brit Hume on Fox News said just before Miller's speech that it was going to be blunt. I didn't hear anything that was over the line or even false.

Some in the left-wing media would have the public believe that this was way over the top negative campaigning. As I remember in 1992, everything that the Republicans said about Bill-ary was taken out of context and turned against the GOP.

The Hitchhiker's Guide might say Don't Panic but, really, it's time to panic. I heard a clip of an upcoming Kerry spot to be run in the midwest, and it was Kerry droning on about job losses over a background of strings in a minor key. It sounded like a dirge, OK? Seriously, which way to the funeral?

In fact he said the opposite. He said he questioned their judgment. McCain was lying.

What? I was poking fun at a spelling/phonetic error. What do you think I said?

McCain doesnt agree with the assertion that Democrats are unpatriotic.

That's not an assertion that Zell Miller made.

As Zell said on Hardball, it's their judgement not their patriotism that he questions.

Once again, the media hustles some of the 'squishy' Republicans into denouncing a strawman.

Miller made more sense than most of what I hear from the RNC.

If they hang him out to dry it is their character (lack of it, that is) that stands revealed.

I haven't found anyone to complain. They are listening to the same sources that the Dems listened to when they chose Kerry to back.

After all that seems to have been golden I am disgusted. No wonder our allies cannot trust us either. This also warns Dems not to switch, back us or even to vote with us.

McCain was lying.

You mean he was trying to impress his friends the DemocRATs by using their tactics?

Oh yeah - I question Kerry's patriotism too.

I give him credit for joining and serving, but then, so did Benedict Arnold, Charles Whitman, Lee Harvey Oswald and host of others that dishonored that which unscrutinized circumstances would say they honored. At the very least, Kerry pissed in his own nest and dishonored himself - all by himself.

He spit on fellow veterans and trashed the concept of honor in medals he received. We now know that at least some of his medals were self assigned and bogus and grave questions remain about the others. On top of this, he has sought to defund, dishonor, disarm and dishonor the military in everyway possible as a Senator from the socialist state of MA. Under the unquestionably socialist mentoring of Ted 'The Swimmer' Kennedy, he has made himself a poster boy of anti-Americanism. It is beyond Kerry's ability to apologize or reform himself as a loyal American. What he needs to do now is confess his treason and seek clemency.

More lies. Miller did not say Democrats were unpatriotic; in fact he specifically pointed out that it was their judgement, not their patriotism, that he questioned. More politics of desperation, mob politics and banana republic tactics.
