Excerpts from Kerry's speech (This is Unbelievable!)
Associated Press and Reuters ^ | Sept. 4, 2004 | Associated Press and Reuters

Posted on 09/03/2004 7:28:20 PM PDT by The Bandit

The Massachusetts senator said he would not allow anyone to question his fitness for the White House. "Not gonna do it, not gonna happen," Kerry said. "I will not have my commitment to defending this country questioned by those who refused to serve when they had a chance, and I will not have it questioned by those who misled this nation into war in Iraq."

Kerry said Republicans had distorted his 20-year record in the U.S. Senate, including his vote authorizing the use of force against Saddam Hussein and his subsequent vote against $87 billion to fund operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. "All this negative advertising, blah blah blah," Kerry said. "It turns people off."

He ridiculed the administration's August job numbers that showed the unemployment rate dropped from 5.5 percent to 5.4 percent with the addition of 144,000 new jobs. "At the rate that this administration is creating jobs, you're not going to have a net plus-one job in the state of Ohio until the year 2011," he said.

This is like watching a train wreck, you just can't divert your eyes. What is Kerry's message?
Now that W is up, outside the margin of error, Kerry can't go with his ABB strategy--he has to stand for something. Obviously they haven't thought about it so they are just melting down. If this continues and the media turns on him watch out it could be a landslide. I can't believe though that somebody's not gonna knock some sense into Kerry--get back on traditonal D issues, get the MSM the talking points and tighten this back up. But it sure is fun watching the wheels come off.

"I will not have my commitment to defending this country questioned by those who refused to serve when they had a chance,..."--Sen John Kerry

....as manifest by his web site showing his awards including a Silver Star with Combat V,...even more extraordinary service when one considers the US Navy has never in its history awarded a Silver Star with Combat V.

Kerry is near a mental breakdown. Reminds me of the last days in Hitler's bunker.

"The press won't have Kerry to kick around anymore." I remember these words from the distant past, but just who could have said them?

Where is Nixon when you really need him?

"Is this the speech he gave late last night when he was drunk/high and slurring his words?"

I think it is. At least that is exactly the same qoute I was reading about last night already. But he could have used it exactly the same twice.

When you question Kerry's medals he responds, "I will not have my commitment to..."

When you question Kerry's anti-war conduct he responds, "I will not have my commitment to..."

When you question Kerry's Senate career he responds, "I will not have my commitment to..."

When you question his waffling on the WOT he responds, "I will not have my commitment to..."

If you ask what he had for lunch he responds, "I will not have my commitment to..."

And Kerry wonders why more and more people are questioning his commitment to defend this nation.

According to Kerry we can only question W's fitness for the White House.

Does this fool even listen to what comes out of his pie hole and are the people so stupid as to not realize that his attacking Bush on HIS servise is NEGATIVE ADVERTISING?

Holy Meltdown Batman!

The Massachusetts senator said he would not allow anyone to question his fitness for the White House. "Not gonna do it, not gonna happen," Kerry said.

I seem to remember it ALREADY HAPPENING. (What SNL skit has the character repeating "not gonna do it"???)

Keep it up, JFK -- you're turning us on!!!

""Not gonna do it, not gonna happen," Kerry said."

Does anyone see the irony here? That was a favorite line of Bush 41. I can just see Dana Carvey on SNL saying that line.

IN light of the recent terrorist attack in Russia, let us review how Kerry would defend America.

He says he will respond if attacked.

Bush says lets take the battle to the terrorists and not battle them in the streets of America.

After seeing the mess in Russia, if you had a kid, would you prefer an attack on your kid's school before action or kill them off overseas?

One of the BIG reasons that Kerry has tanked in the polls is because of the Swiftees killer ads!

You can bet the DemocRAT 'smear the Swiftees' campaign will be kicked up to a whole new level now.

Support for the Swiftees is crucial right now, so they can get these ads on the air on REGULAR TV in battleground states.

FReepers are key in getting the word out about the righteousness of the SBVFT by exposing Kerry's FRAUD.

Proceeds from the Swiftee stickers go to swiftvets.com
