Start at the border. The military pushes forward clearing all that is in front of it. Clear Chechnya. Diaspora. The only place to push them is into Georgia, which would lead to war. Better plan is to destroy every mosque and kill every Imam and military leader. Then force every person to convert to Christianity and enjoy a nice ham sandwich...or "martyrdom".
