Soros is the poster child for why the so-called "campaign reform" was a bad idea.
It is almost as if the democrats knew he was out there waiting while they duped the Republicans into voting for the terrible McCain-Feingold bill.
Not just "almost" I would bet. I have a feeling Soros has been pulling the strings for years now.
