In 1954 with the founding of the World Federation of Mental Health, one of their stated goals for the abolition of 'right and wrong'. They want to be the arbiters of 'good' behavior and 'bad' behavior and its no surprise that they were heavily infiltrated by commies along with the WHO, National Council of Churches and the UN. There actually is no 'science' in anything they are doing. They can't prove that any of these things actually exist, only that they can observe them. It shouldn't even be a profession considering its lack of scientific credibility.
