There's constant talk about it, on the subway for ex., through loud speakers they repeat: "Citizens pay attention to suspicious objects, suspicious people!". That's of course an ordinary fiddle-faddle. In essence, nothing is being done, and this what had happenen proves that the most elemental measures to ensure security for our people are not set up."
