I didn't mean to inquire about an assault. I should have suggested similar ages and no assault. For sure it would be misbehavior, but a crime?

A crime? No. But if caught, the parents need to know, and I would suggest counseling for anyone younger than 16.

After 16, if it were my kid, they'd be grounded until they were 18. But that's just me.
