Doesn't Kerry support no death penalty for terrorists or is that a rumor? I can't remember. I hate to even think of this as a political issue, but there it is, right out in front, and even more important than ever that Mr. Senate vote for no defense and intelligence doesn't get in.

I believe he does fall in the no death penalty category. After all, he learned about how to treat criminals and scum from Dukakis, who let violent criminals loose on the weekends as long as they promised to be back on Sunday night. He was the Lt.
