And didn't I just read somewhere that Klinton's doctor was a Republican?

The fact of the matter is, Kerry is just plain boring!!! At least with Klinton, we had a REASON to get enraged! Kerry, on the other hand, is about as exciting to watch and listen to as my garage door.

Lurch has had such an easy ride. Only in Massachusetts (the only state McGovern carried) could a Viet Nam war protester be elected for 20 years to the Senate without having his name on one single significant piece of legislation. Twenty years as Senator with nothing to show for it, with the all charisma and looks of a crypt keeper, but he's a Democrat in loony Massachusetts and that's all that matters!

This has put him at a marked disadvantage now that he's actually facing non-Massachussetts voters. Not every American is from Boston, the rest of the U.S. is very different and there's some reason to believe he didn't know that. And his second heiress wife's humongous fortune with all those mansions he's enjoyed for the last 13 years hasn't taught him either how to appeal to voters outside his elite hothouse environment. Reality's a real bummer sometimes.:)
