Overturning Roe v. Wade before preparing the population for it is a good way to ensure a Democratic Majority and a Democrat in the White House.

It would then be left to the state legislatures the way it was prior to Roe v Wade. That's the problem. It will remain legal in most states.
That's why the battle is for hearts and minds above all else.

It will remain legal in most states. But I doubt few states would allow medically unnecessary abortions after the first trimester. I doubt many if any states will allow partial birth abortions.
