I'm still waiting for France to get permission from the UN for its decision to go into the Ivory Coast. Perhaps China could get permission from the UN for its decision to go into Tibet. Don't hold your breath.
Bush needs to extend a hand to the Russians and create a coalition against terror.
Now is the time for the US and Russia to map out places and people to terminate and terminate them.
As a post-9/11 American, I have nothing but sympathy for the Russians. I can't gloat or say "I told you so", I can only feel sadness and rage at the terrorists. I'm glad Russia is going to get serious in the war. I only wish they could have taken it serious a long time ago and not had their children raped and killed. But I hope from this atrocity comes some good. We got your back, Russia! :)
Hysteria \Hys*te"ri*a\, n. [NL.: cf. F. hyst['e]rie. SeeAll who have training, knowledge and understanding: find cover!
Hysteric.] (Med.)
A nervous affection, occurring almost exclusively in women,
in which the emotional and reflex excitability is
exaggerated, and the will power correspondingly diminished,
so that the patient loses control over the emotions, becomes
the victim of imaginary sensations, and often falls into
paroxism or fits.
Note: The chief symptoms are convulsive, tossing movements of
the limbs and head, uncontrollable crying and laughing,
and a choking sensation as if a ball were lodged in the
throat. The affection presents the most varied
symptoms, often simulating those of the gravest
diseases, but generally curable by mental treatment
alone.
Oh my God!!!! The Russians are going to bomb Detroit!!
Interesting...
But what do they mean by this? What they might mean is multinational corporations, finance capital, and Western internationalism. Now I am no great fan of the latter, however, if they believe, as seems to be indicated by some of Gen. Ivashov's rhetoric, that there is some sort of "dark force" of foreign origin instigating terrorism in Russia, then just how far might they justify this?
They could also prove their honor by going after Syria, DPRK, Myanmar, Cuba, and other overtly anti US, pro terrorist states. Actions speak louder than words.
I agree.
Actually, Seattle, WA has many more Muslims (and Mosques) than does Detroit.
Hopefully, Dearborn, Berkeley, Uttica and a few other cities on the list.
Now that Shoe-Shine Boy's checkbook has been confiscated, you can expect France and Germany to sign up for the War on Terror as well!
France better do it quick before the Mullahs take over their country!
I continue to be amazed at the brazen propaganda techniques employed by the Old Media. Note the use of scare quotes around the word terror in the headline. Shooting fleeing kids in the back with automatic weapons is an act of terror - pure terrorism. It's not "armed resistance" or "insurgency" or "militantcy." The unstated implication of this exercise in semantic contortions is that those who did this are somehow "freedom fighters."
The hacks and propagandists at ABC and their comrades in the entire media establishment no longer control the flow of information, thank God. In light of the utterly disgraceful coverage we;ve seen from these stooges, I can't help but wonder if they were secretly cheering for the Muslim terrorist butchers, and have done likewise when these demons slaughter innocents in Israel and elsewhere. They'll never admit it openly because to do so would mean an even greater drop in audience. The Alphabet networks and their comrades are getting to the point where they are indistinguishable from Al-Jazeera.
Things are getting downright frightening.
In World War II the United States, Soviet Union and England banded together to defeat the forces of evil, hatred, and facisim in the process protecing the weak in Europe and worldwide. I guess this means only one thing:
WE'RE GETTING THE BAND BACK TOGETHER
and this time we are on a "mission from God"
Know what I mean?
