I think this is the only thread I've read this morning, so I thought I'd add my penny and a half (not sure it's worth a full 2 cents). ;)

The signature on the left also has the signers rank in the correct format. That on the right would have been rejected at the first proof-reading.

Wow, Look at the hooks on the "K"!!!! One goes the wrong direction!!!

I broke my neck many years ago, and as a result had to switch from writing right handed to left handed. Even under such a drastic switch, my writing never made such a basic change as that!!!

Compare John Kerry's signature (his J and K) to this document's (J and K).
If they match, good chance someone close to Kerry's campaign (who may sign his signature) did this.
