The solution that no one will employ or talk about is at the border. With less of an overload on the schools and social services, the statistics would improve.
Agreed. Were it up to me, the National Guard would be patrolling the California-Mexico border...and they wouldn't be firing pepperballs either. No sir, they'd be armed with the same goods they're using in Iraq.
