I was suspicious of the forgery claims, but I've read just about everything there is to read about it and from what I've seen it's starting to look like this may be a Watergate moment for CBS. It's already breaking on semi-mainstream news sites. If independent experts can confirm these documents were fake, Dan Rather is going to be toast.
Rather will claim it was a double-Watergate and a secret Bush agent switched the files.
