I went to Little Green Footballs, the weblog where others were posting the two images side by side, which I (as a seasoned professional) found disconcerting.
I merely copied their screenshot of the CBS .pdf file, and the screenshot of their Word document and put the two together as a Photoshop .gif file with 6 frames of dissolve (did the dissolve in ImageReady)
Then I posted it to the web.
Just FYI, I was concerned that my original posting on the subject wasn't bulletproof, so I had the mods delete it and I produced the one you see here.
I know that with the equipment at home, I could duplicat that page EXACTLY from scratch.
The "th" in the superscript is different than what the one done here was with word, if you wanted to change that to duplicate the other one, cut and past with a copy machine would be the easiest to do.
