This stuff came directly from McAwful and the DNC. I know it did because they kept bringing this stuff up during the campaign and we were wondering why they were bringing up something that was so irrelevant. This was what they were waiting for and it backfired on them BIG TIME.
Put a stake in Kerry's campaign. It is done!!!!!

Rather may try to say it was all underlings, but oldtimers remember his open combativeness with Nixon and his public addoration of the Clintons.</>Some of us remember him trying to ambush Bush 41- as in the famous TV interview where he was bitch-slapped by the father...

The critical question is why did they go with something that was an obvious forgery.
CBS and Dan Rather were blinded to the obvious forgeries because they are so focused on getting John Kerry elected. They wanted the memos to be real, so they convinced themselves. It took some brilliant FReepers and others to uncover the truth. Bravo to those who helped in this endeavor. Ya done good.

Imus made the comment that CBS had been duped(again). It's more like co-conspirators.

There is no doubt that memos came from Kerry campaign. Apparently they tried to circulate them to others beyond CBS. The DemocRATS said they will do anything to get President Bush out of office. This is just one of their dirty deeds.

This is so far fetched...I doubt the mediaWHORES and sKerry would admit ANYTHING or that the presswhores would trun on Lurch. You're dreaming! AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!

To quote a former president, "Because I could."
p.s. I think Rather has already said (some time ago) that he plans to retire after the election.

I am wondering if it was one of the Clintonistas that just joined the Kerry Kamp that did this.
Also wonder if Lady Macbeth will emerge soon, to remove someone who knows too much about the treachery afoot to set her up for '08.

You think they might want to resurrect investigative journalism, they can't get away with this stuff anymore, because the alt.-media will call them on it.

Devastating. Just devastating. This is a scandal of historic proportions if it came from the Kerry Camp. TaRAAAAYzuh's gonna need lots of that health care before this is over. Hope she's ready to invoke that pre-nup.

Aiki-do.
Watch the Bush campaign turn and use Kerry's attack against him.
Very well done.
Looks like John Kerry is as stupid as he is vain.
CBS will turn on Kerry like a rabid dog now.
