My daughter would later turn away from her scholarships and would choose to join the Air Force, and my husband would pursue the Coast Guard Reserve. But no change has affected me so much as to watch my young son grow up in this world for which he was created, to wonder what his life will be like if we do not win this war...
We have to win this war.
