I'm getting very tired of these defenses that rely on all sorts of "could haves" and "was possibles" to have actually happened in combination in order for the original allegation to stand up.

If he was the bullying type,which I very much doubt,he was a bully because he had rank,and could do bad stuff to you.

All that changes when you retire.
