Agreed.
In memoriam of LTC Jerry Dickerson, who burned to death in the basement of the Pentagon, and who was my friend.

Ah, Michael! You've got me tearing up AGAIN today. All day long on the radio news reporting the events around the country, I've been hearing different versions of the National Anthem, and each of them brings the tears. I just can't help it.
And your post here does the same.
Thank you. (I MEAN that!)

You know, there is actually a patriots day, but moving it to 9-11 seems like a great idea. I wonder how a person would go about doing that?

Patriot Day is September 11th by House resolution and Presidential proclamation. Patriot's Day is a state holiday in Massachusetts and Maine, on April 19th, in honor of the date of the Battles of Lexington and Concord.
