You know, there is actually a patriots day, but moving it to 9-11 seems like a great idea. I wonder how a person would go about doing that?

Patriot Day is September 11th by House resolution and Presidential proclamation. Patriot's Day is a state holiday in Massachusetts and Maine, on April 19th, in honor of the date of the Battles of Lexington and Concord.
