Bingo. Georgetown U, WDC. The other is the UN complex in NY. Is the UN complex even in the United States? From a legal perspective, most Indian reservations are not in the state where they are geographically located. They issue their own license plates, they aren't subject to the state's gambling laws, fish and game laws, etc.
