Looks to me like the WORLD has a very big problem. I do not think it will be possible to kill all these people, and I see nothing changing their minds, so what is going to happen?
We did not have to kill every Nazi or Japanese Shinto to end World War II or the threat that they posed even though they pledged to fight "to the last man".
This war will get much worse before it gets better but it must be conclusively resolved. It will become a new Crusades to beat back the Islamofascists once again.
