I don't think these folks are capable of logical, linear thought. Their primitive tribal emotions of honor and revenge trump any reason.

How else to explain their complaining about the destruction of their trees due to Israeli reaction to their campaign of murdering women and children? My seven year old nephew can argue better than these apparently respected, in the Arab world, commentators.
