At the same time, notwithstanding his claim to have served in the Texas Air National Guard, Strong admitted that he had never served with or even met Lt. Bush. He admitted further that Jerry Killlian had never discussed Lt. Bush with him. Strong acknowledged that he had “no personal knowledge about Bush’s service.”

Wonder if Strong wrote the papers and then commented on them to authenticate them? Sort of like a firebug that joins the volunteer firefighters.
