I am not a fan of George Bush.
This statement right here negates any intelligence in this article.
No, it doesn't. It's one of the most detailed, devastating studies of the memos I've seen yet.

Whoa! Obviously, you didn't click on that little red link at the top of the article & , at the very least, scan the article. It really is a good idea to hear a guy out before you attack the messenger. This is the best & most exhaustive article deconstructing the memos (from a technical perspective) that I have seen.
garylmoore (Repeat: They made a mistake, they didn't count of George W. Bush.)
Did you read the article? It's incredible. Believe it or not, there are some principled people who have not gotten into politics enought to be involved, yet are experts and honest in their fields.
Your attitude reflects badly on FR. The article, and it's author, methodically destroy any possibility that the CBS memoes can be authentic.
For you information, the author was on the staff of the CompSci department at my alma mater during my undergraduate tenure there, and he holds a PhD from that institution, which is ranked typically among the top two or three Comp Sci departments in the US.
I would sincerely appreciate it if you would cease making knee-jerk remarks on FR which the DU crowd will then use as evidence of how stupid all Freepers are.
