I am shocked that Kerry showed up for a vote.

I guess voting to infringe gun owner's rights is more important than showing up for intelligence committee meetings or reading intellugence reports.

I believe this claim by the article is false. It passeed on an ammendment to the lawsuit protection bill in the senate which the senate then defeated. So it did not "clear" the senate.
