CA: Reform? Who needs it? - Low poll ratings? Lawmakers are oblivious

Surveying the wreckage of the recently concluded legislative session, it is hard to avoid the conclusion that the Legislature is on a collision course with reality.

The lawmakers and their constituents seem to be living in parallel universes. All polls show that Californians give the Legislature miserably low approval ratings.

"All polls show that Californians give the Legislature miserably low approval ratings."

Above statements is a direct reflection of the voters that keep the same nuts in power. Doesn't speak very well for California. SO!!!! Looks like the CRATS of California are some of the dumbest in the US.

This is why we desperately need to push the Fair Districts Initiative ( http://www.fairdistricts.com ), so we will have a chance at whacking them and restoring some sanity to California government.

I don't see where the approval ratings for these skunks matters very much. They'll still get reelected. Tom Torlakson, Senator for my district (7, I think? I'd have to look it up) is running unoppposed. Unopposed. Loni Hancock, Assembly, has a Republican opponent, but I haven't heard a peep from him or about him. Gives "keeping a low profile" new meaning. I am not optimistic.
