Imus asked Kerry question #1 this morn. Started off asking him what should be done to the soldeirs convicted of violating the Geneva conventions and followed up with Kerry's admission that he had committed war crimes. Kerry was ready and said that higher ups should be held accountable before recieving the follow up. It was kinda obvious where the questioning was going. Kerry pretty much claimed he didn't know that what he had done was a violation until he got back. Typical Kerry.

Several blacks and Hispanics are on his short list for a Supreme Court position, should one open up. What minorities have you considered for prominent positions in a Kerry administration and, unlike Bill Clinton, do you intend to appoint any blacks, Hispanics, or Asians to the Supreme Court?
