The author of this piece doesn't know EVEN TODAY if the docs are fake, which means he is unaware of or doesn't understand the evidence. For him to be so spectacularly ignorant is his right, but what is he doing on Page 1 of the New York Observer discussing said memos?

The Observer is one of those hoity-toity weekly newspapers that the press all reads. I think Anson is telling them how to spin the story for their readers -- to wit, never mind if the documents are fake; these right-wing bloggers are the real enemy.

I have been following this on DU since the weekend. I believe that this writer is a poster on DU and they have posted the web page of a man that they believe is Buckhead, who lives in Atlanta. It's his professional web page with phone, fax and email address. I feel really sorry for this man, he won't know what hit him.

They have spent days working on this, reading all Buckheads posts on FreeRepublic to glean any private information about his identity. They believe that he attended both Brown and Georgia and lives in Atlanta. I have seen other postings on DU that indicated that they were researching for a news person, and I think this is the guy.
