"... to descend to the level of one's opponent..."Somebody's got to do it. If you want to bag a badger in his hidey hole, you send in a dachshund, right? If you want to flush a fox out of his hole, you send in a ferret. Ann's our ferret.

...orielly thinks he is "god".He's your basic Loudmouth On A Bar Stool. No research, no depth, just uninformed opinions. I think he's an embarassment to Fox but apparently lots of people watch him.

I guess the DUmmies have given up waiting for the SwiftVet backlash to give Kerry an insurmountable lead in the polls.
But don't worry, DUmmies. Newshound Rather's scoop of the century will vault Kerry up to a twenty point lead in no time. I mean, wait'll the American people find out that an anonymous source in Texas told someone's cousin that George Bush was a shirker back in 1973. Kerry will be leading in 50 states in no time!
ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!

...What are the odds that Dan Rather would have accepted such patently phony documents from, say, the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth?...of course O'Reilly's first reaction to the Swiftvets was that they were flatout "immoral" - there were no careful, respectful, give-them-the-benefit-of-the-doubt, equivocating comments about them as he made tonight about Rather - but then he's trying to entice Rather on to his show, so common sense and moral disgust go out the window for awhile - O'Reilly finally did interview John O'Neill the other night, and treated him with courtesy and equanimity - after he did his own investigation which took him three weeks, he claims - this probably involved finally reading "Unfit for Command" - apparently he's a slow reader......
To: perfect stranger
As we now know, CBS' own expert told them there were problems with the documents the main one being that they were clearly fakes dummied up at a Kinko's outlet from somebody's laptop at 4 a.m.How she figured it out before everyone else leaves me in absolute awe. They say good fiction has it's basis in fact, but this lady just hit the grand slam of sarcasm, a cutting remark that turns out to be fact.

Ann!
Within hours of the documents being posted on CBS' website, moderately observant fourth-graders across America noticed that the alleged early '70s National Guard documents were the product of Microsoft Word.
I beg your pardon, Ann - WE are NOT in the 4th grade! Please if you want to play, refer to us as pajama people or some derivitive.
As pennance, I will post an Ann Couter 'pic' from the leftie's own deck:
At least they got the card right QUEEN OF HEARTS! :-}
Seriously, this is the first thing I read this morning when I woke up... I was HOWLING about poor old Kitty's disease... LOL! Great stuff!
Ann... please fly lead with Mz Laura... we need you guys on the alphabets to nail this!

Killian's son says that Knox was a "pool typist", not Jerry Killian's father's "Right Hand", as Dan Rather asserted
Last week, Knox told the Houston Chronicle that while she was aware of a pattern of favoritism in the TANG, she had no knowledge of the particulars for George W. Bush.
Knox says that Bush was "Selected, Not Elected", and strongly opposes his re-election.
Yesterday Knox said that she remembered a heck of a lot about the case of George W. Bush, and had direct knowledge of the particulars of his case.

I know that. And I was trying to underscore, in a witty and amusing way, her satirically-made point about unfounded allegations.
