Who has to put forward the wire fraud charge? FBI? or can a local TX attorney bring that charge and the discovery that would follow?
Im y opinion, the only fraud here is journalism fraud. The only possible damage is defamation of GWB's reputation. When you get to that fraud statute, check for the element of damages. As far as I know, other than the boudary set by defamation, it is not illegal to promulagate false history when the false or forged document has no affect on current legal rights and priviledges.
