Who paid for her trip to NYC?

In the story, Rather says she flew to New York. I remember hearing that and thinking, "doesn't he mean we (CBS) flew her to New York?"
I'm suspicious too. I also wonder how much CBS may have paid Mrs. Knox to do Wednesday's interview. Her gossipy story seems to fit CBS's new focus, which is proving how "accurate" the documents are rather than if they are authentic.
However, only last week Mrs. Knox said she didn't pay much attention to Bush...now she has a definative impression that Bush's attitude reflected arrogance and that he refused Killian's order to take a flight physical. This just happens to coincide with the latest DNC attack ad that includes the song with the lyrics, ..."it aint me, it ain't me, I'm no Senator's son!"... It's another classic case of class warfare, which is a typical strategy of shallow minded liberals. That way they can shore up their main base, the gulible, the ignorant, and the poor.
