Central Fla. is getting periods of sheets of rain tonight from leftover low of Ivan. WESH tv weatherman (Volusia County) said "let's hope it does not go into the gulf and strengthen. He does not think it will. Meanwhile, they believe Karl will be no threat now or ever. Jeanne is moving 2 miles an hour and no idea for sure what she will do yet. Lisa is moving west but they hope it will go out to sea like Karl. Matthew is forming behind Lisa.
