She was flipped out because her Mommy was being yelled at.

Honestly, I sat calmly while this woman flipped out. I think that's why Millie freaked. She was playing down the hall when she came back to see a woman yelling in my face.

Honestly, I am trying to come up with the one point where she flipped out.
I know she nearly went off the edge when I was defending Charter Schools..but I'm not sure the exact point.
