Convicted felon and militia organizer Casey James Nethercott was arrested by FBI agents Wednesday night in Douglas in connection with a tense confrontation late last month with Border Patrol agents at his nearby ranch.
Kalen Riddle, 22, of Aberdeen, Wash., a member of Nethercott's Arizona Guard, was shot and seriously injured during the arrest, which took place in a Safeway shopping center on Douglas' west side...........
The tricky part is recognizing which laws they want to enforce.
More from the article:
"Nethercott's Arizona Guard, which mixes anti-immigrant and private-property-rights rhetoric "
"The case illustrates the threat to migrants, .... said Jennifer Allen, director of the Tucson-based Border Action Network."
"While some of the individual vigilantes may deny any overt connections to white supremacy, the movement they are creating is part and parcel of the white supremacist movement," she said. "It's not about private property or immigration; that's a lie. It's about racism. These are hate groups, and these are hate crimes."
Its interesting that Nethercott called the local sheriff dept for help.
on this subject...Pat Buchanan was on local radio this morning. Some say he's an anti-semite for the same reasons.
Can anyone here tell me why? Based on hearing him speak , I didn't think so. Anyone have any quote from Pat to back up
the claim he's anti-semitic?
This is a pattern of behavior that concerns everyone. Doesn't really matter how nasty their "target" might be, the question is why they have agents who find it useful to shoot people who have the bad luck to just "be there".
Locally we have this problem with the Prince Georges County, Maryland police. One of their trigger happy jerkoffs actually drove over here to Fairfax County, Virginia to gun down a student for no discernible reason. Our hapless prosecutor didn't find a reason to prosecute him.
At the same time that same prosecutor treated the Kansi shooting at the CIA as nothing more than an unexplainable crime rather than the early AlQaeda attack it really was.
If we'd had a different prosecutor, the AlQaeda attacks against the US and our assets abroad would probably have been stopped cold.
It's another 'object lesson' by the freddies for the sheep...
The borders are open and are gonna stay that way....
You try to change this and you are gonna get the same...
We got our own plans and they dont include you...
Capice?
imo

More lies....it is exactly about Private Property and illegal aliens leaving tons of garbage stealing killing domestic animals and threatening the lives of US citizens...while Uncle Sam turns his back and gives tacit consent to the whole invasion....of illegal aliens, narco terrorists, the Mexican Army, al Qaida, Chi-Coms, Cuban and Latin American Marxist TERRORISTS ALL...hiding among alleged 'poor laborers' whose only crime is seeking jobs Americans wont lower themselves to do...sniff sniff...(that alone is a pretty racist statement imo
The Border Action Network like La Raza and the back to Aztlan movement are the racist organizations...flooding the US with illegal aliens and narco terrorists is their way of saying we are taking over...
Naturally anyone who opposes the takeover is a 'racist' 'white supremacist' blah blah blah.. They are about getting rid of white folks and stealing their land...La Raza only recently got rid of their logo of a lit stick of dynamite
imo
It would be interesting to see the complaint filed against him. Query how federal border patrol agents have jurisdiction over him at all, or what probable cause they had to attempt to arrest him during the previous encounter that gave rise to this arrest.
None of those things are evil considerations. But those who do not have a rational argument for promoting an undifferentiated humanity, other than their fears and compulsions, have no argument but to slander and asperse the motives of those who do not buy their insane efforts to dismantle the unique cultural achievements of their particular population.
I have been watching this phoney tactic by the Left all of my adult life. It would not stand scrutiny when it was raised against the McCarren-Walter Immigration Law in the early 1950s. It did not stand scrutiny when it was rammed through as official policy during the LBJ era, and it will not stand scrutiny today.
For a Conservative discussion of the actual issues, see Immigration & The American Future.
I know nothing of the particular individuals, referred to in this article--or whether or not any of them have a felony record, etc.. But when people defending their heritage are assailed as "racist," "nativist" or "bigots," I take umbrage. Why? Because, while those terms are irrelevant to the actual debate, those terms tend to be used by people who are Leftwing, compulsive and devoted to dismantling other peoples most cherished institutions.

Yes, and even the Mexican government has admitted to this recently when organizations from both Mexico City and Washington D.C. took part along with high level Mexican government officials and the leadership of national Mexican-American organizations in the a Forum on Binational Thought , Mexico City on April 28th - 29th, 2004.
Among the comments from the activists regarding this event;
"We are reconquering Aztlan without firing a shot, house by house, block by block!"

I'm pro-militia, in many cases, but this guy was a bad seed.
I know nothing about him other than whats written here, but don't you find it strange a bad guy would call the local sheriff dept for help?
Bravo to you, Mr. Flax.
Thank you!
