I remember all the crap that was thrown at Nixon....he was crucified by Cronkite and Rather and their supporting cast....after their man Lyndon B Johnson got us into Vietnam.

I have no sympathy and no tears for the MSM.

Fantastic research Mia. BTW, let us know if you get a reply from Mr. O'Bloviator.

"I couldn't swear to it whether he used the term documents or information," Mr. Cleland said. "It was some kind of stuff, some kind of information he wanted to get to the campaign, or something, regarding Bush's National Guard service. I referred him up to somebody in the campaign."

Is it me or are you beginning to get a faint whiff of goose cooking?

"I talked with Max Cleland," Mr. Burkett continued, referring to the former senator from Georgia who has been supporting Senator John Kerry's Democratic presidential bid. Alluding to advertisements by a veterans group that deprecates Mr. Kerry's Vietnam service, Mr. Burkett continued, "I asked if they wanted to counterattack or ride this to ground and outlast it, not spending any money. He said counterattack." "So I gave them the information to do it with," Mr. Burkett wrote. "But none of them have called me back."

Uh-huh that is definately the sound of a smoking gun. Great research mia, great article!

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! These people get creepier by the hour!

Mia T----don't we need a flash play regarding Kerry's book, The New Soldier?

I mean, golly, gee whiz and all that crap.........that book IS CRAP....and if President Bush had written a book that made a mockery of the heros of Iwo Jima hoisting an UPSIDE DOWN AMERICAN FLAG on it's cover...I doubt that he would even be President. Period.

I have HAD IT WITH THE COVER UP OF KERRY's early 70's ANTI-VIETNAM VET book, HELL, it is an ANTI-VETERAN book period.

Come on, you've been around here long enough to know that this is MIA T's way of getting the message out. Sure, it can sometimes be annoying but you do have a mouse that you can scroll through it if you don't want to look at it.

<< their man Lyndon B Johnson got us into Vietnam. >>

Be fair.

He had to, Man.

The poor habitually-drunkard bastard.

A very poor wrong-side-of-the-tracks grade-school teacher by trade, in his while life he had only ever pulled in a gummint check and really really really BADly wanted the Two Billion plus Dollars -- in today's Dollars -- he scored in kickbacks from its suppliers.

I never thought I'd live to see the day when Dan Rather gets what he deserves...in public.
