I'd rather have a talented conservative lawyer on the Supreme Court. Just look at his credentials. He's just 46 which is pretty close to Rehnquist's age when he was appointed. He would be in a position to serve on the court for 30 to 40 years. If W can build up momentum for a landslide, he could used the last few weeks campaignin for the Republican Senate candidates he needs to win to get his judges appointed.
