My chair shook pretty good a little bit ago. Quite a few aftershocks already.

Seriously, hope you and yours are OK.
Looks outside the caldera region. Quite a swarm there, but may be tectonic rather than volcanic.
Interesting...there was a 3.3 in Kentucky today also...hope you're ok!
Not really a major event. But something like this could trigger an event on the other side of the valley. I'm currently about 50 miles from Yosemite valley, so if LA goes, I'm ok.
Yep. I sure felt it too. I'm about 65 miles from the epicenter.
The ground was getting warm for a volcanic eruption long ago there, an earthquake could do more than shake you, could brink some volcanic stuff to the surface.
Be careful!
Bush did it!
Nothing felt here in Sacramento area.
Another big one just hit. My chandelier is swinging!
Damn! Hope you make it through this ok!

a single 5.5 isn't so interesting. But two in a row is more interesting. Precursor to something bigger?
They just had two. A 5.3 at 14:43:31, and a 5.4 ten seconds later.
it was actually two right in a row. A 5.3 and a 5.4. The first one a half hour ago was a 5.5. Luckily, it hit in a very remote area near the Calif/Nev border. Nothing but coyotes and jackrabbits out there. Maybe a few four wheelers too.
Bump to keep track...
Ya'll be careful.
