First, I am a Bible-believing Christian. I do not vouch or advocate for the website in question (although, it should have occured to me to add a disclaimer...that's what we used to call a "brainfart" in the USMC).

Post uncritically, endorse fully.

Inside Story Communications was a secular, non-denominational organization and went out of existence in 1995.

Mostly because their analysis was increasingly irrational and out of sync with reality. Their AIDS reporting was particularly amusing ("HIV doesn't cause AIDS, etc.), but they never could quite let go of the Evil Empire. News flash: it's dead. That means that the "big" threat (central nuclear war between the US and Russia) is much less likely. But there is a downside: the surviving terrorist groups of those that the KGB planted are now pretty much rogue, without direction.

One interesting account: ever wonder what happened to the Baader-Meinhof gang? In 1977, they tried to attack a US Army nuclear weapons storage site in Giessen. Within three months, all of the suspects from that attack were found...all dead as nails. Seems the KGB didn't like the idea of one of their puppets getting ahold of nukes--they were worried that the Baader-Meinhof folks might start getting uppity.

There isn't anyone acting as that sort of restraint on the terrorists anymore. The rules changed; or, more precisely, the people who enforced the rules went out of business.

Their newsletter, Inside Story: World Report billed itself as a "Journal of Communist Revolution" and has nothing to do with the website "We Are The Next Target" is posted on.

Quite true. But the website in question posts some seriously deragned stuff that should raise red flags with Bible-believing Christians. And the content is out of sync with reality, as I've demonstrated...

The only reason I linked to it is because I didn't want to type-out the entire report plus footnotes.

The editorial board of Inside Story was a mixture of Christians, Jews, and one Buddhist.

The virulently anti-Christian bias of the Noahide website is their own, and does not reflect the values and mission of Inside Story in any way, shape or form.

Still...post uncritically, endorse fully.

At least the website wears its anti-Christian bias on its sleeve, which is more than I can say about CNN or the New York Times.

Terrorism in Russia is organized and managed by the Russian security and military intelligence services for propaganda and scapegoating purposes. We do not think that the latest bombing in Moscow is an exception to this rule.

The fact that Russian security services in committing terrorist acts in Russia and elsewhere occasionally use their agents of Chechen origin does not make the Chechen people and the Chechen government responsible for the Kremlin's dreadful crimes. Mr. Khanpasha Terkibaev even after the hostage taking has continued to work for the Russian state structures, including the deputy head of President Putin's administration Mr. Vladislav Yuryevich Surkov and Putin's aide Mr. Sergei Vladimirovich Yastrzhembsky. As the hostage taking ended in killing not only Russian but also western nationals, we believe that western governments should no longer close eyes to Kremlin’s role in terrorism. [1]"

A Chechen politician has claimed that both Chechnya and Islam are innocent in the massacre of civilians at a school in Beslan, Russia.

Badr Al-Din Bino, who lives in Jordan, said in a television interview on Dubai's Al-Arabiya TV that Russia will continue to implicate Muslims but that it was "intelligence agencies" that are responsible for the carnage.

The Middle East Media Research Institute TV Monitor Project, or MEMRI TV, features a video clip and translation of the interview with Bino.

"I am surprised that Putin refuses to conduct an investigation into this issue," he said. "Even stranger … is that they initially said the leader of this group was from Ingushetia and later they said those who carried out this operation were Arabs or people from al-Qaida, and that 15 of them escaped. I am absolutely certain that just like in Qatar, when they assassinated the president, they will put on a show and release four or five Arab or Chechen prisoners and conduct a show as though they are the ones who carried out this operation. Therefore, the Chechen and Islam are innocent of this operation, which was planned by intelligence agencies.

"Where are the Russian forces? Either there is a failure and the Russian forces cannot secure this region or there was Russian collaboration."

Continued Bino: "I ask, what was the terrorism: The taking of hostages or the operation to release them? I am surprised at Moscow. … They used BZ gas, which is internationally banned and is a new substance manufactured by Russia. They refused to give it to the hospitals in order to produce the antidote. Suddenly, the kidnappers acted with such ease, even though it is known that the Beslan school area is surrounded by tanks and planes.

"I am surprised at the Russian media and surprised that the Arab media repeats what is said in the Russian media. They always accuse the Arabs and claim there are Arab elements, but as of yet, we have not seen on TV Arab faces who participated in the operation."
