DNC created an ad July 20 and invited the press to come see it - the ad was called Fortunate Son.

CBS memos were used in the ad.

White House didn't get copies of the memos until three hours before the 60 Minutes special was aired.

Collusion a blind person could see.

Yikes, I have been keeping track of this story fairly closely (although work is in the way today) and I didn't know the CBS memos were in an ad made in July. Last I had read the memos were received by CBS rather late.
