Thank you so much for these updates - it is as though you are there. The photo above of the Capital Building is spectacular.

Update
Suspect entered in gun shop today WITH shotgun already; shot worker there in the arm. Suspect is white male, age 20, blond hair. Police DO NOT have suspect in custody, repeat DO NOT. Earlier traffic stop of a potential suspect was cleared up. Both shooting incidents MAY BE connected - unknown so far; police say that on Sept. 14th, a shotgun was stolen from the gun shop. Suspect in that crime was in a grey, Honda civic style four door car with a spoiler on back; so far police aren't saying that that is the car involved in today's shootings. Capitol and surrounding gov't buildings are on lockodwn, no one in or out. Condition of victim still unkown. Will update further.

Building is orientated , Front to the EAST , back to the WEST, Doors front, back and from south, south doors not at ground level/ open parking lot. don't remember north but believe is same arrangement as south end. How a guy could get to a door with a shotgun would normally surprise people, but the SOS Police guard the place and if you had ever know the SOS police up close, it surprises me the guy wasn't still AT-Large in the Capital.
