I'm not sure about their data, when I eat Wasabi or Horseraddish, they truly clear my sinuses. Love the burn too!

Horseradish... yes !! I've always thought it cleared the sinuses..
They didn't mention it in the article, but it sure sounds like horseradish acts just like wasabi... as a congestent..
