Maybe you don't have quicktime on your computer. It's a quicktime loop of about 7 seconds in length.
OMG! Now I am seeing it. I had Active X-controls disabled.
When I enabled it, sure enough they have a monkey morph into President Bush,then morph back to a monkey.
THIS IS outrageous!
