In this case the saying is correct: "silence is the voice of complicity." The majority of the Islamic world seems to sit by watching the terrorists and jihadists nodding their heads in silent approval. The few liberal Muslims who offer critique of jihad are too few and even those folks seem to work in a weasel clause here or there to allow them to criticize the U.S. or Israel as somehow causing terrorism or deserving jihad.
