Sorry, it is not that easy. Treason is a criminal offense, and constitutes something more than "meeting" with an enemy of the USA. By that standard, Kissinger committed treason. Numerous journalists also.

The question is - what actions did he take that were treasonous to the US? Talking geopolitics with a member of a peace talks delegation?
