Arnold ran on this Conservancy idea. It is something he pushed through the legislature. He is not the answer! He is part of the problem. And a Dem in the seat would have given the Repbuclicans balls enough to stand up against this kind of crap.
True, a dim would have given the R's balls. They could hold their meetings in a phone booth. And do exactly nothing. You don't have the votes, you get nothing.
