Sent E-Mail to Jim some time ago and never heard back. Figured he was busy.
Will obviously try again, but no sense bothering him again since if we do not get around 30 signatures we are not going to send it to the Investigative Committee in fairness to those who do sign.
I have one concern about the aftermath of all this. The forgery was discovered because CBS posted the PDF files on their web site. I suspect that CBS will be tempted to stop publishing the documents and revert to their former practice of flashing an illegible picture of the documents on the TV screen for a moment, or have a reporter wave some papers in front of the camera, saying "CBS has obtained these secret memos..." That would effectively prevent future Buckheads from embarassing them again.
Instead, we should demand that CBS - and the rest of the news media - increase the amount of evidence they post on-line in order for us to independently verify their reporting.
How many more forgeries would be uncovered if we could see all of the documents the networks claim to possess?
As for getting in contact with the review panel, I'd suggest contacting Brent Bozzell. He'll know how to do it.
