I'm of the opinion that in November, after the election that ANY building in Fallujah that holds a person shooting needs levelled immediately. Put 3 divisions on one side of the town, and they drive to the other, clearing EVERY building. If fire comes from any, it gets enough 2000 pounders that the building becomes a rubble pile.
